加气块生产设备生产中会遇到哪些问题?

在加气块生产设备生产过程中,在发气中后期出现大面积冒泡。这是料浆在浇注中表现出的严重质量问题。出现大面积冒泡的主要原因是料浆稠化速度和铝粉发气速度严重不协调所致;在发气结束前,料浆表面局部少量冒泡,轻微冒泡是由于料浆温度偏高而铝粉发气时间偏长所导致的;加气块生产设备生产的产品不够高,除了操作和计量失误之外,还有可能是铝粉质量波动或是料浆稠化过快导致的;在设备发气早期加气块出现塌模,一般是由于料浆稀初期粘度和稠化速度不协调,极限应力增长太慢,发气膨胀又快,料浆的支承力不够,使料浆不能很好地保持气泡,造成沸腾塌模;后期出现塌模,一般是由于水泥与石灰比例不当所造成的。

Before the end of the gas, the surface of the slurry is partially bubbling, and the slight bubble is due to the high temperature of the slurry and the long time of the aluminum powder hair. The production of the product is not high enough, except for the operation. In addition to the measurement error, it may be caused by the quality fluctuation of aluminum powder or the thickening of the slurry. In the early stage, the collapse of the air mass is generally due to the incompatibility of the initial viscosity and thickening speed of the slurry, the slow growth of the limit stress, the rapid expansion of the gas, the insufficient supporting force of the slurry, and the inability of the slurry to be good. The bubbles are kept in place, resulting in boiling collapse. In the later stage, collapse is usually caused by improper proportions of cement and lime.
